September 6th – San Diego Moms Family Safety Day – Mission Valley

Please make 1 appointment per car seat, per car.  As this is an inspection and correction service, please install the car seat prior to the appointment. Please clean the inside of your car for easy access for the technicians. The day of the appointment, please bring your car seat manual and car owner’s manual with you so that modifications can be made accurately. If possible, please bring your child to the appointment. For booster seats, your child must accompany you.

Appointments take approximately 45 minutes. If you are greater than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule or wait until the end of all scheduled appointments for that day. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance so that another family can receive this service.

The cost for this service is $50 per car seat, $10 for each additional base for an infant seat. Payment is due at appointment. Payment by credit/debit preferred, cash or check accepted. Checks can be made out to “Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego”. Medi-Cal recipients qualify for a free car seat inspection and installation (must provide Medi-Cal card at appointment and must bring car seat to the inspection).
